PARKING
On site parking consists of two driveways on either side of the main house. The RIGHT SIDE driveway continues inside the gated part of the property and is both secure and secluded from street view. It is a gravel surface and measures 46ft by 11ft. There is an additional covered parking area connected to this driveway that measures 14ft wide/17ft deep with an 8ft ceiling.
The LEFT SIDE driveway consists of a concrete pad measuring 40ft by 10ft and is outside of the gate between the gate and sidewalk. The left side driveway continues inside the gated part of property and is secure and secluded from the street. It is a concrete surface and measures 21ft by 11ft. There is an additional covered parking area connected to this driveway that measures 19ft by 18ft and has a 6’ 6” ceiling.
POWER
The Roadster House Property has a 60 Amp service with an abundance of 110 outlets inside and outside of the structures. There is also a 220 service inside the main garage areas.
